Trawl Sonar TS-337A
The TS-337A is an omni-directional trawl sonar, providing a 360° view with an update rate of every 0.8 seconds. The movable echo sounder beam can be directed in any desired direction within the trawl opening. The echo sounder delivers real-time images of the trawl opening, trawl position relative to the bottom, and the catch entering the trawl. With its omni-directional vertical beam, the system shows the geometry of the trawl opening and the entry of the catch — all in real time. At the same time, it detects fish passing outside the trawl-opening, enabling quick decision-making. A dedicated information window displays Pitch & Roll, temperature, depth, and compass readings. The system also supports connection of up to 4 catch sensors to indicate catch volume as well as time elapsed since sensor activation.

Catch sensor for trawl sonar with approximately 1000 operating hours at sea, using three standard LR20 batteries. Stable signal output that activates when the sensor comes into contact with seawater. The timer starts counting 2 minutes after the activation of the tension spring. A simple indicator shows how many hours the sensor has been active. User-friendly battery replacement that can easily be done on board. Operating frequency is 70 kHz.
