Furuno Sonar FSV-25 MK2

The F3D-S provides a unique 3D presentation of sonar data for the Furuno sonar FSV-25S. The 3D presentation is a highly efficient tool for decision making when getting ready to shoot the net. It becomes easier to evaluate the biomass shape and depth of a school, and to evaluate the risk of bycatch. The trawl and trawl doors are far more easily monitored and allows expedient maneuvering of the vessel for optimal catch. The F3D-S has an on/off bottom filtration function. When off, echoes from the bottom is removed and only echoes from fish remain presented.
