BlueBridge™ Comply is a type-approved solution for centralized monitor management, display management and system operation. The solution supports multiple control panels, allowing configurations adapted to the requirements for safe operation and efficient bridge teamwork. Comply requires the use of displays covered by type approval and is developed for vessels requiring safe and structured system operation.

TYPE-APPROVE DISPLAY MANAGEMENT
BlueBridge™ Comply is a type-approved solution for centralised display management and system operation. The solution combines presentation and operation of relevant systems within one common platform, while maintaining compliance with type-approved display requirements for wheelmarked navigation systems such as radar and ECDIS.
The system is developed for modern bridge designs with large display surfaces, flexible system presentation and centralised system operation. Within the scope of the type approval, virtual control panels can be used for systems supporting this functionality. Furuno radar and ECDIS can be delivered with virtual control panels as an option.
In accordance with the type approval, the solution is delivered with Hatteland Series X displays in a range of sizes. Monitors 32" and larger support simultaneous display of multiple systems.
SUPPORTS STRUCTURED BRIDGE COLLABORATION
BlueBridge™ Comply supports efficient bridge collaboration and safe system operation across multiple workstations. The solution can be configured with multiple individually customised control panels for presentation and operation of relevant systems. Each workstation is configured with functions and system presentations adapted to the operational tasks performed at the station.
The solution supports efficient distribution of roles and responsibilities by providing operators with access to the necessary systems at relevant workstations. System presentation can be made available without full system operation, allowing operators to monitor and evaluate information without risk of unintended actions affecting the operational status of the primary workstation. Systems can still be displayed and monitored to support situational awareness and decision-making between multiple operators.
COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES, PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES
BlueBridge™ Comply can be configured in accordance with the vessel’s procedures for bridge collaboration, allocation of responsibilities and system operation. The solution supports establishment of workstations with system access, functions and operational capabilities adapted to the tasks and responsibilities defined for each operation and workstation.
This supports system usage and operational workflow in accordance with procedures defined within the vessel’s Safety Management System (SMS), including policies for bridge collaboration, cooperation between bridge and engine control room, and other operational functions on board.
When configured in accordance with the vessel’s operational procedures, workflow, system access and system operation will naturally align with established processes and responsibilities on board. This may contribute to more consistent operational practice, reduced risk of unintended actions and improved compliance with the vessel’s defined working procedures.
